The base studio package at Mystical Parties is designed to create a magical and memorable experience for up to 16 participating children. Our setup is organized around tables of 8, allowing for comfortable and engaging activities. If your celebration requires more space, additional tables of 8 can be added in increments. For the best experience and effective entertainer-to-child ratio, we recommend a maximum of 32 participating children, which corresponds to 4 tables of 8. This ensures each child receives ample attention and enjoys a fully immersive celebration with our professional entertainers.

Only participating children are counted toward the total number of guests for your birthday celebration. We base our seating arrangements and party supplies strictly on the number of children who will be actively involved in the entertainment and activities. This ensures every child has a magical and fully immersive experience, with enough space and materials to enjoy our enchanting character performances to the fullest. Adults and siblings who are not participating are welcome to attend but do not factor into the headcount for preparations.

Roughly ages 2 to 18. Character and pretend-play parties for the little ones, and sneaker-design and glam parties for tweens and teens. We do have parties speficially designed for adults including Wine Glass Painting and Sip and Paint Parties.
