o Food (if serving): we recommend serving it during guest arrival
· Time Saver: For the smoothest party flow (and to keep the fun going!), please plan to open gifts at home (no presents opened on-site).
· Bubble House (if added): Kids can enjoy the Bubble House while the Individual Activity is happening (applies to both character types)

o Mascots can’t perform the Individual Activity in costume, so the performer begins out of costume

In-Studio Birthday Parties – FAQ
Booking & Payment
How do I book an in-studio birthday party?
Submit a party inquiry/booking request and we’ll confirm availability, party details, and next steps. Your date/time is not held until the $100 deposit is paid and your agreement is completed.
Do I need to have every detail decided before I book?
Nope. The most important thing is locking in your date and time. After that, we’ll finalize details like your theme, add-ons, and guest count.
What is required to reserve my date?
A $100 deposit is required to secure your date/time.
When is the remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.
If your party is within 2 weeks, the full amount is due at booking.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or add services after booking?
Yes—when availability allows. We recommend requesting changes as early as possible so we can staff and prep your party properly.
Arrival, Timing & Setup
How long are parties?
Parties are 90 minutes, plus 15 minutes for setup/tear-down. Need to extend the time? Just ask!
When can we arrive and set up?
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time to check in and set up.
What happens if we’re running late?
We totally understand delays happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Because parties are often scheduled back-to-back, your party may still need to end at the originally scheduled time.
Can we add extra time the day of the party?
Usually no, since we schedule parties tightly. If we have an unexpected opening, we’ll let you know—otherwise we’ll keep everything on schedule.
Guests & Participation
How many guests can I invite?
Guest limits depend on your party package and the activities selected. We’ll confirm your guest count during booking. Our studio can hold up to 125 people.
Can I add “just one more child”?
Possibly, depending on the package, staffing, and space. Please let us know as soon as you can so we can plan supplies and staffing.
Are siblings/babies included in the guest count?
We count participating children toward your guest total (kids who will be doing activities and need supplies/seating). If you’re unsure, tell us the ages and we’ll help you plan.
Are adults allowed?
Yes. Parents/guardians are welcome. Please note: we provide entertainment services and are not a licensed childcare facility—adult supervision is required.
Are co-ed parties allowed?
Yes! We’re happy to host co-ed parties, and we’ll help make sure both boys and girls have a great time with age-appropriate, inclusive activities.
Food, Drinks & Supplies
Can I bring my own cake/food?
Yes! Outside food is welcome. We recommend keeping it simple so there’s plenty of time for activities (think pizza, cupcakes/snacks rather than full meals).
Do you have a fridge and microwave?
Yes—fridge and microwave access is available.
Do you provide plates/napkins/utensils?
We can provide basic paper goods depending on your package. If you have a specific theme or color palette, you’re welcome to bring your own.
Can we bring alcohol?
For kids’ parties, alcohol is not permitted. If you’re hosting an adult event or mixed-age celebration, ask us and we’ll confirm the policy for your booking.
Activities, Themes & Characters
What themes do you offer?
We offer a variety of themes and can often tailor décor and activities to match your child’s interests. Tell us what your birthday star loves and we’ll recommend the best fit.
Can I request a custom theme?
Sometimes—custom themes require advance notice and may include additional fees depending on supplies and prep time.
Do you offer character appearances?
Yes—character availability varies by date/time. We’ll confirm options when you book.
Accessibility, Parking & Facility
Is there parking?
Yes—parking details will be included in your confirmation message.
Is the studio accessible?
If you have mobility needs, please tell us before booking so we can confirm the best entry/room setup.
Clean-Up, Damage & Policies
Who is responsible for cleanup?
We handle standard venue reset. We ask that guests take all personal items and any outside décor/food items they brought.
Are there restrictions on decorations?
Yes—please use venue-safe materials (ex: painter’s tape/Command strips where approved). Any damage to walls, floors, or furniture may be billed.
Can we bring a piñata?
No—piñatas are not permitted (safety + space).
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

More than 21 days before your party: you may cancel with no additional fees (deposit is still non-refundable).

Within 21 days of your party: reschedules are subject to availability and a 30% change fee will apply.

If you cancel after your balance is due (2 weeks prior): there are no refunds, but you may receive a 50% credit toward a future date.

If you cancel the same week as your event: no refunds or credits.
Photos & Media
Can I take photos and video?
Yes! You’re welcome to take photos/video during your party.
Can I bring a photographer?
Absolutely. If you’re bringing a photographer or videographer, please let us know ahead of time. Or use one of our recommended photographers.
